Born and raised in the Sioux Falls area, I have loved living in such a great community with great people. I graduated from West Central High School in 2017 and currently attend Dakota Wesleyan University, where I major in Communications. In 2018 I started interning for Jeff Thurn and Jerry P on “Overtime” and loved it from the start. Sports are a huge passion of mine and I love sharing my takes and knowledge with fellow sports fans. I am a huge NBA, NFL, and college sports fan that loves writing and talking about them. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going to sporting events, and playing golf. I’m excited to inform and educate fans about the hottest sports news, topics, and events!

Who Should Be an NBA All-Star this Season?
Even in this weird, COVID-filled season, there are a lot of deserving players that are having All-Star-type seasons. If I had a vote, here are the rosters I would select:
What Should Denver Do at QB Next Season?
Since 2015, the Denver Broncos have failed to find their franchise quarterback. From Paxton Lynch to Case Keenum, the Broncos have had a tough time finding the right man for the job. Second year quarterback Drew Lock was given his chance last season to prove he was that man, but was underwhelming to say the least. Does Denver give Lock one more chance or do they look to go a different route next season? Here are some options:
Long Live the King: LeBron James is Still the League’s Best
What does fine wine, cheddar cheese, Jennifer Aniston, and LeBron James all have in common? That’s right, they all get better with age. Coming off an MVP caliber season and his 4th NBA championship, LeBron James is still the best basketball player in the world.
LaMelo Ball Believed To Have Edge at No.1
Something the Wolves lack within their roster is a consistent playmaker. If the team can’t find the right trade suiter for the No. 1 pick, the best playmaker in the draft, LaMelo Ball, could be the direction the team is headed.
Stop Taking LeBron James for Granted
No matter if you are rooting for him or against him, you should 100% appreciate and respect what LeBron James has done for basketball before he’s done for good. In a time of uncertainty there’s only been three certainties that have stayed true: death, taxes, and LeBron James in the NBA Finals.
Matt Mooney: NBA Life Outside the Bubble
I caught up with former USD Coyote/Texas Tech Red Raider and current Cleveland Cavaliers two-way player, Matt Mooney on what life has been for him individually as well as how the Cleveland Cavaliers organization is keeping tabs outside of the NBA bubble.
Nets Hire Steve Nash as Next Head Coach
After surprisingly firing Kenny Atkinson back in March, the Brooklyn Nets have found their next head coach: 2-time MVP and Hall of Fame point guard, Steve Nash.
What Should the Wolves Do With the #1 Pick?
For the first time since Karl Anthony-Towns was drafted in 2015, the Minnesota Timberwolves have the first overall pick in the NBA Draft. President of Basketball Operations, Gersson Rosas will look to find the right piece to put with the duo of Towns and D’Angelo Russell whether that means drafting a young talent or possibly trading the pick all together.
Let’s Get Real People: MJ Would NOT Average 40 Today
Michael Jordan is one of the greatest players in NBA history and the greatest scorer of all time, but no he would not average 40 points per game in today's game.
Remembering the Great Kobe ‘Bean’ Bryant
On Sunday afternoon, we lost a legend, an icon, a champion, a husband, and a father in Kobe Bean Bryant. Although he may be gone, his legend will continue to live on throughout the world.
