Josh Allen again Falls One Win Short of Reaching Super Sunday
LARAMIE -- The Kansas City curse strikes again.
Josh Allen and the Bills, for the fourth time in five seasons, fell to the Chiefs in the playoffs, dropping a 32-29 contest Sunday night at Arrowhead Stadium in the AFC Championship game.

Patrick Mahomes and Co. are headed to Super Bowl 59 in search of the NFL's first-ever 3-peat. They will take on Philadelphia Feb. 9 in New Orleans.
Buffalo will again watch from home.
Allen, the former Wyoming quarterback, once again did his part, completing 22-of-34 passes for 237 yards and a pair of touchdowns. One came on a perfectly placed 34-yard strike to Mack Hollins in the dying seconds of the first half. The other, a fourth-down toss to Curtis Samuel in the back of the end zone with 6:15 remaining in regulation.

He found wideout Xavier Worthy all alone in the flat in the second quarter and the rookie speedster from Texas took care of the rest, diving over the pylon from 11 yards out.
Mahomes also rushed for two touchdowns in his seventh straight appearance in the conference title game.
Kansas City converted 5-of-9 third-down attempts, including the game-clincher on a 17-yard hookup with running back Samaje Perine with 1:35 to go.
