For only the second time in franchise history, the Philadelphia Eagles won 14 games. In fact, the Eagles have only won 13 games or more in a season four times with the three previous seasons ending in Super Bowl appearances.

An argument could be made that several Eagles players could be candidates for the Associated Press All-Pro Team for the 2024 NFL season.  The Eagles had six players elected to the 2025 NFL Pro Bowl but only two were voted by NFL players to the NFLPA All-Pro Team.

Every year, there is a group of 50 voters who cover the NFL who submit their ballots for the AP All-Pro Team.  Earning an All-Pro selection is one of the highest individual honors an NFL player can receive and is a part of player's resumes when they are under consideration for the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Which Eagles Players Were Selected to the AP All-Pro Teams?

The Associated Press All-Pro Teams features a total of six Eagles players. Two Philadelphia players are First-Team All-Pro Selections and four are Second-Team All-Pro members.

No one is surprised that Running Back Saquon Barkley was elected a First-Team AP All-Pro. He was also selected to the NFLPA All-Pro Team after he became just the ninth player in NFL History to rush for at least 2,000 yards in a season.

The other Eagles player voted to the AP All-Pro First-Team is Linebacker Zack Baun. In his first season in Philadelphia, Baun compiled the third-most Solo Tackles in the NFL this season (93) and had the second-most Forced Fumbles (5).

One of the four players earning a Second-Team All-Pro Selection is Wide Receiver AJ Brown. Even though he only played 13 games this season, Brown had his third straight season with at least 1,000 Receiving Yards and his 16.1 Yards Per Reception was 4th best in the NFL in 2024.

Continuing to build his future Hall of Fame Resume, Right Tackle Lane Johnson has been voted to his fifth AP All-Pro team. At 34 years old, Johnson was rated the seventh best Tackle in the NFL this season by Pro Football Focus.

Receiving his first AP All-Pro team selection is Left Tackle Jordan Mailata. In his first season as a Team Captain, Mailata earned his spot on the AP All-Pro Second Team after being rated as the Best Tackle in the NFL by Pro Football Focus.

In his second season in the NFL, Defensive Tackle Jalen Carter has evolved into one of the best defensive linemen in the league. After being voted by his NFL brethren to the NFLPA All-Pro Team this season, Carter earned his spot on the AP Second-Team All-Pro team thanks in part to being the most double-team player in the NFL this season and leading the Eagles with 16 Quarterback Hits.
