Traditionally, it has been one of the biggest late summer/early fall events in the Sioux Falls area and this year will be no different.

The Lifelight Festival is coming back to Sioux Falls on August 31 during Labor Day weekend. This dynamic Christian festival will once again feature multiple award-winning Christian artists and engaging speakers, all of whom are on a mission to bring God's words of love to the world.

Because last year's festival was so successful, the organizers have again decided to hold Lifelight Festival 2025 at Nelson Park. City officials and festival organizers agreed that the Nelson Park area offers ample space for the growing number of participants, " while accommodating a wider array of family-friendly activities and offerings".

Lifelight is revealing its high-profile headliners too. Grammy-nominated and Dove-award-winning powerhouse group We The Kingdom is a multi-generational group bringing an inspirational message with them.

Co-headliner at this year's festival is Anne Wilson, also a Grammy-nominated and Dove-award winner. "Her blend of country, rock, and worship music has resonated with millions" and now she's coming to Sioux Falls to wow the crowds that will be here.

Other artists who'll be gracing the Lifelight Festival stage include Ben Fuller, Hulvey, Tenth Avenue North, and Cade Thompson.

Once again this year all of this amazing entertainment will be presented for free.

Parking at all downtown and surrounding area public parking is available, free on weekends and holidays. In addition, festival bus shuttle services will be available to and from Lincoln High School where 650 parking spots are available.

Shuttles will start at 11:30 AM on Sunday with final shuttles taking people to their cars when the event is over.  Attendees are also encouraged to carpool to the event to allow for more space.

There will also be plenty of activities for all ages, including action sports performances from professional X-Games skateboarding and BMX athletes, the StuntDudes at the new Barb Iverson Skate Plaza. There will also be a kids area, shopping with local vendors, food trucks, and more.

So as you can tell, Lifelight Festival 2025 will be back and bigger than ever on Sunday, August 31.

Festival updates can be found at Lifelight Festival.
