Job Seekers: Virtual Hiring Event Is Happening This Month

The Sioux Falls economy continues to grow, and so does the need for great employees. The South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation (SDDLR) is hosting a statewide virtual hiring event coming up in May.

Dakota News Now is reporting that the event is being called "Level Up Your Career", and it is happening on Wednesday, May 21, from 2 to 5 PM (CDT).

Companies from across the state of South Dakota will be a part of this event. Job seekers will have the opportunity to connect with them, learn about the opportunities that are out there, and maybe even interview for a job.

Businesses and job seekers must register with the South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation.

Businesses are invited to a recruiter and employer training on Wednesday, May 14, at 10:30 a.m. (CDT) to learn how to use the platform for this event. Once registered, an email invitation will be sent to the email address entered during registration.
