Sioux Falls O'Gorman will face Aberdeen Central for the girls championship while Tea Area will take on the Golden Eagles for the boys title Friday at the South Dakota state high school soccer tournament in Aberdeen.

With rain in the forecast for Friday, officials extended play at the South Dakota girls state tennis championships on Thursday. Sioux Falls O'Gorman leads the team standings after Thursday's competition with 392 points.

Sioux Falls O'Gorman pulled away from the field to win the Class AA championship and Dell Rapids held off Parkston to win the Class A title at the South Dakota boys state golf tournaments on Tuesday.

Sioux Falls O'Gorman and Dell Rapids are the first round leaders in the 2013 South Dakota boys state AA and A golf tournaments.
