Johnson was awarded a $475,000 settlement in a lawsuit against the city of Minneapolis and their police force.

The Minnesota Vikings have signed defensive tackle Tom Johnson, bringing back one of their starters last season for more depth up front.

Johnson now has filed a lawsuit in Federal Court against the two officers also involved in the incident.

Vikings defensive tackle Tom Johnson has been arrested for disorderly conduct.
