Double Overtime: Iowa State’s Matt Campbell Stays Off the Coaching Carousel

The college coaching carousel is in full spin with coaches coming and going, including Gary Andersen, Oregon State; Jim McElwain, Florida; Butch Jones, Tennessee; Jim Mora, UCLA; Bret Bielema, Arkansas; Mike Riley, Nebraska; Todd Graham, Arizona State; and Kevin Sumlin, Texas A&M all shown the door.

Dan Mullen is moving from Mississippi State to Florida, Matt Luke taking over at Ole Miss, and Chip Kelly returning to coaching at UCLA.

One coach who is not taking a ride on the carousel is Iowa State's Matt Campbell, who agreed to a new six-year, $22.5 million contract. And that is definitely a good thing for the Cyclones.
