If you want a wild night out in Minnesota, think twice about bringing your kids with you to this small-town bar. They only allow two drinks max for adults who bring their children to the bar.

There's a local Minnesota bar cracking down on parents who bring their kids inside. The Bayside Saloon and Grill in Red Wing, Minnesota is not dealing with wasted parents anymore. This means that if parents go out with their kids, the Bayside Saloon and Grill in Red Wing, Minnesota will only be serving them two adult beverages.

There are zero exceptions to this controversial policy that's starting a firestorm on the local bar's Facebook page.

The Bayside Saloon and Grill confirmed they had a "very unhappy customer" at the eatery because of their policy. But they are standing their ground and standing up for the kids.

Had a very unhappy customer tonight because we enforced this rule on him. I'm not gonna budge, if you want to go out drinking with your kids, don't come to Bayside. He gave us a 1 star review and made up phoney complaints...Oh and stiffed the server. So sad some people are like that.

Unfortunately, the original Bayside Saloon and Grill post had to be deleted due to some rude people in the comment section.

Here's what some Sioux Empire folks had to say about this policy in the original Facebook comments:

More bars and restaurants should do the same

What if both parents are there? If one is not drinking what is the problem?

When we go eat there’s always me, my other half and my kids. Normally I drive so I don’t drink. My other half is a truck driver and if he wants a few I’m fine with that. It’s all about being responsible for the kids. Not controlling the adults.

I think the fix is to let adults make adult decisions and if you believe that they are breaking the law in the process, call law enforcement and let them do their job.

Why not do the same rule for everyone then? Just because someone doesn't have kids with them doesn't mean they can't jump in a car and go hurt mine...

What do you think? Should more bars and restaurants in South Dakota, Iowa, and Minnesota limit drinks for adults who bring kids with them? Should there be a limit in general?
