It took seven tries, but former Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Cris Carter has finally been elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Carter, Coach Bill Parcells, Warren Sapp, Jonathan Ogden and Larry Allen make of the Class of 2013, announced Saturday in New Orleans.
