Matt Farniok has another award to add to his list of accomplishments as he has been named the Gatorade South Dakota Football Player of the Year for 2015.

Former Washington High School standout Kari Heck has capped her freshman track season at Nebraska with a 18th place finish in the women's long jump at the NCAA Division I Championships in Eugene, Oregon. Heck jumped 16' 3" in her first attempt, fouled in her second attempt, and saved her best effort for her third and final jump, 19' 9"...
