Hello, K-Hawk Country. I've been calling KHAK listeners like you, and the region, that for longer than I sometimes like to admit. Cedar Rapids and 98.1 KHAK have been my home since 1990. Very few people are lucky enough to be able to call one place home for as long as I have and I'm extremely thankful you've put up with me for all these years. My wife, Julie, and I make Cedar Rapids home and we have three cats named Charlie, Chance, and Cole. We also have a dog named Carter. I'm a Hawkeye fan (foremost), closely followed by the Cardinals (baseball). I also root for the Minnesota Vikings.
