Italian Fisherman Lands 280 Pound Catfish with Rod and Reel [VIDEO]

Last Thursday, Dino Ferrari caught one of the largest catfish ever caught with a rod and reel. The fisherman was able to reel in a 280 pound catfish in Italy's Po River.

The catfish measured at 8 feet, 9 inches.

I don't know about you, but I'm always skeptical when I hear fishing stories.  Reason mainly, because I've been a little facetious I'm sure with the measurable of the fish I've reeled in over the years.

However, this time we have video proof to prove that the Italian fisherman wasn't fabricating.  He did bring in a monster!
