Minnesota Twins skipper Rocco Baldelli has been named as the 2019 American League Manager of the Year. Baldelli led the Twins to a 101-61 overall record and an American League Central title. The division title was the first for the franchise since the 2010 season. The Twins powered its way through the season and set a new team record for home runs in a single season with 307.
