Andrew Wiggins is having an amazing start to the season and now he can add to the accolades of this year as he is in the record books for his ability to shoot the long ball.

Wiggins became the all time leading three-point shooter in Minnesota Timberwolves history on Wednesday night surpassing Anthony Peeler.

He now has 468 made three-pointers in his Timberwolves career after making his 466th to set the record..

Four minutes into the game, Wiggins knocked down a three against the Dallas Mavericks to pass Peeler.

Over his career, he has seen ups and downs with his three-point shooting, but he continues to work as hard as any player in the league at improving the percentages while still making quite a few.

Add to the fact that he is averaging over 24 PPG and doing so in an uber-efficient fashion, it will be interesting to see how much All-Star love he gets as the season progresses.
