Former Big Ten Players in The Basketball Tournament
The Basketball Tournament (TBT) features basketball players who play all over the world, including a multitude of former Big Ten*** studs.
The 5-on-5, winner-take-all single-elimination tournament started on July 8. Tournament play is broken up into four regions: West, South, Midwest, Northeast.
From former Big Ten All-Americans to Big Ten starters to Big Ten role players, seven different Big Ten schools are proudly watching their alumni hoop it up for the chance to take home $2 million.

Ohio State is clearly the team with the most Big Ten representation, utilizing seven different players from key tournament runs under Thad Matta. Greg Oden would've made it eight former Buckeyes but couldn't make it onto the court due to numerous circumstances.
Of the 21 former Big Ten athletes playing in The Basketball Tournament, only 14 players remain. The Citi Team, The Region, Sideline Cancer and Trained To Go all lost in the first few rounds of the single-elimination tournament.
