Jimmy Graham is an NFL Tight End. That's the official ruling arbitrator Stephen Burbank decided in the Graham case to get more money from being more of a receiving tight end.

The decision today would essentially cost Graham an extra five million dollars. Wide receivers would earn around 12 million with the franchise tag, while tight ends earn around 7 million.

There is no doubt that Graham is the main target for Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints. Last year alone, Graham caught 86 passes for 1,215 yards and 16 touchdowns. Those numbers would indicate that he is more of a receiving tight end, but at the end of the day he is still a tight end.

Graham's biggest issue? He also acknowledges his position on twitter.

That alone was enough to make it known that he is a NFL tight end for the New Orleans Saints. He does still have 10 days to appeal the arbitrator, but if he doesn't he can be franchise tagged as a tight end while the team works to try and get a long-term deal figured out.
