A Sioux Falls man who grew up in Omaha is displaying a giving spirit some 180+ miles away.

Adam Dillenburg is using a charity raffle he created to help benefit the people impacted by the tornadoes that recently struck the Omaha, Nebraska area.

Dillenburg visited the Omaha area a little over a week ago, and couldn't believe the devastation caused by the severe weather that hit the Omaha area on April 26th.

He told Dakota News Now,  “It was really heartbreaking to drive around and see these homes that were demolished, roofs taken off. You feel like you know these people, right? Because I’ve been in these neighborhoods, this is where I grew up, this is where I’m from.”

As a result of what he witnessed, Dillenburg's heart moved him to help the tornado victims. He decided to utilize a non-profit charity raffle idea that he had started earlier this year.

In the past, Dillenburg has raffled off various items on social media to help organizations like the B-Squad Dog Rescue, Almost Home Canine Rescue, The Sioux Falls State Theater, and Tre Ministries.

Now he plans to utilize that same concept to help the people and families affected by the tornado outbreak that hit the Omaha area just over a week ago.

According to Dakota News Now, Dillenburg's next raffle will be for a Husker red Kitchen Aid mixer that will be raffled off on Wednesday, May 8th.

By helping to organize these charity raffles, Dillenburg feels like he is doing his part to support the area he called home and still has family in.

His raffles typically have a quick ten-day turnaround, that way he can quickly funnel resources down to the people and families in the Omaha area who need it most.

Dillenburg told Dakota News Now, that people have been embracing his charity raffles. "It has been blowing up. It’s been awesome.”

If you're interested in participating in the Omaha tornado relief raffles, there are various entries you can purchase. You can buy one entry for $10.00, three entries for $25.00, eight entries for $50,00, and twenty entries for $100.00.

All entries can be paid for by using Venmo at @SF_CharityRaffle.

Every state in the nation is known for having a series of natural wonders and signature landmarks. So, I thought I would come up with my own list of the "Seven Wonders of South Dakota."

The following is what I consider to be the signature landmarks, monuments, and natural wonders that are synonymous with the great state of South Dakota. I tried to give both sides of the state a little love while comprising this list.

You might have a few additions...
