Dakota State to Receive New Sports Facility

Dakota State is trying to keep up with the competition and to do so additional sports facilities are needed and now they are coming to the University.

A new football field, track facility, baseball field and even additional facilities will be added for Dakota State.

This process will be completed in multiple phases and the large donation is being spearheaded by the Beacom family of Miles and Lisa, along with First Premier Bank and First Premier Bank card.

That initial gift is being reported to be $10 million.

The first phase will focus on a new concourse and the building of outdoor facilities.
