ESPN's Trevor Matich joins Overtime on Wednesday with Jeff Thurn to preview the Big Ten, including an outlook on the Minnesota Gophers.

Matich (@TMatich) is a college football analyst at ESPN. Hear his full interview with Jeff right here:

Matich discusses the job Jerry Kill is doing at Minnesota, after last year the Gophers went 8-5 and made a bowl game.

"It's phenomenal. I mean how do you recruit to Minnesota...the thing is Jerry Kill and that staff really, the guys that took over for him shared responsibilities when he was out recovering from his epileptic situation, you know that brings a team together. I think Minnesota, you saw a lot of things happening. Their running game was fantastic last year. This year they have got to improve in the passing game to move forward. I have never heard anyone say his name. (Ra'Shede Hageman) I watch him and see him on tape all the time, I see his name on the back and read about him, but never hear anybody say his name. I don't listen to people, I just watch them. He was a guy that disappeared at times, but other times, he took over games. That kind of starpower allowed Minnesota to win games otherwise they might not been able to. This year that defense is going to replace him with a whole lot of people with a whole lot of effort because that kind of starpower is no longer there. But, so I don't expect them to have as good of year as they did last year unless the passing attack can improve. That's where you want to watch with Minnesota. Can they throw the ball better than they have?"
