Former MLB All Star Holds Alleged Mail Thieves at Gun Point for Police
Former MLB All Star Kevin Brown came to the help of his neighbors this week as he held the alleged mail thieves at gun point until the authorities could arrive.
According to The Macon Telegraph, Brown hid in one of his neighbor's yard until he saw the thieves steal some mail and then held them at gun point while authorities were called to the scene.
There had been a recent run of mail being stolen from his neighborhood and Brown decided he would help catch the thieves.
During his great career on the bump, Brown tallied six all star appearances, had two years where he was the ERA leader, had a no hitter in 1997 and won a World Series with the Marlins that year as well.
Maybe at the age of 53, Brown has found another profession in law enforcement during his retirement.
