Are South Dakota and Minnesota Home to the Best City Parks in America?

The chance to get outdoors on a beautiful, sunny day taking in all that the great outdoors has to offer.
But not all outdoor experiences are the same.
So where are the best parks in the country to soak up some sun?
USA Today's 10 Best is seeking to find out and they need your help.
They have narrowed down the list of America's Best City Parks to an elite list of 20, and there are South Dakota and Minnesota locations on the list.
Falls Park in Sioux Falls is made up of more than 128 acres along the Big Sioux River, where an average of 7,400 gallons of water fall 100 feet per second.
The park has seen a number of improvements since it was first created in 1881, including viewing platforms, and a five-story observation tower.
Falls Park is no stranger to national honors. In 2022, it was named one of the Top Ten City Parks in the United States by World Atlas.
Minnesota's Loring Park also made the cut on the 10Best list.
The Minneapolis park was established in 1883 on 30 acres of land, as was originally known as Central Park. In 1890, the park was renamed in honor of Charles Morgridge Loring, who was the first president of the park board in Minneapolis.

Vote once per day until polls close Monday, April 8 at 11:00 AM CT. The 10 winning parks, determined by your vote, will be announced Wednesday, April 17.
