The Green Bay Packers will face the Minnesota Vikings on Monday Night Football with playoff seeds on the line.

Both teams will have the opportunity to lock up different playoff positions with a win on Monday. For the Packers, a win over the rival Vikings will clinch the NFC North and a home playoff game. Minnesota, however, could be in two different scenarios by Monday night. The Vikings can clinch a playoff spot as early as Saturday night if the San Francisco 49ers defeat the Los Angeles Rams. If the Rams defeat the 49ers, the Vikings can still clinch a playoff spot with a win over Green Bay.

Monday night's game between the Packers and Vikings can be listened to on ESPN 99.1.

The NFC East is also up for grabs this weekend. If Dallas defeats Philadelphia on Sunday afternoon, the Cowboys will clinch the NFC East. With a win over Dallas, Philadelphia would just need a victory in Week 17 or a Cowboys loss in Week 17 to win the division.

Multiple scenarios exist for the AFC heading into Week 16. NFL.com has a full breakdown of all of the positions. Baltimore has a chance to clinch a first-round bye if they beat Cleveland. New England can grab the AFC East title with a win over Buffalo. Mix the New England win with a Kansas City loss and the Patriots would also receive a first-round bye. Plus the Houston Texans can wrap up the AFC South with a win over Tampa Bay.
