Oklahoma Trounced Florida, Wins Cotton Bowl
It was a blowout in Arlington, Texas at this year's Cotton Bowl as the Oklahoma Sooners took charge in their 55-20 win over the Florida Gators. What an impressive year, starting the season 0-2, winning their sixth conference title in a row and beating an SEC runner-up team.
The Sooners dominated from the start leading 17-0 in the first seven minutes. In the end quarterback Spencer Rattler ran for a touchdown and threw for three more. It was a highlight reel game for Rhamondre Stevenson who rushed for 186 yards.
Bad night for Florida QB and Heisman Trophy finalist Kyle Trask who was picked three times in the first quarter.
Oklahoma finishes the season 9-2, Florida 8-4.
