Something that we at ESPN 99.1 love to do is show our support for our military veterans and I have to admit, I got the goosebumps a few times while at game on Sunday.

It's one thing for teams, organizations or even players to say they support the troops but it's a whole different conversations when they actually act on it.

Throughout the game the Vikings honored many different military members and their families by announcing them and thanked them for their service.

They also gave many of these veterans the experience of walking around on the field before the game started.

At halftime, country music artist Jamey Johnson performed his hit song "In color" while former military members walked the field to be honored.

They also gave away two tickets to Super Bowl LII to a young boy whose mother is serving in the air force.

I have to tip my hat to the Minnesota Vikings players, coaches, staff and entire organization for the respect and honor that they show our military veterans during the Salute to Service game.
