The Brandon Valley Lynx ascended to the top spot in this week's South Dakota media basketball poll.

The Lynx are 11-1 on the season and moved up one spot over the Lincoln Patriots. Brandon Valley has won ten straight after a 1-1 start to the season.

Lincoln lost for just the first time this season this past week against Mitchell (#3).
