LaVar Ball Shows Us He Never Had a Chance at Beating Jordan
You're probably sick of hearing about LaVar Ball by now, and frankly, I don't blame you.
But if you're annoyed with Ball and want nothing to do with him, especially in the media, there's a new video circulating that you'll want to see--all Ball fans and supporters should turn away now before this gets ugly.
Courtesy of David Lee on YouTube, we have our first real footage of Ball playing basketball since his days at Washington State University, a place where he averaged just 2.2 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game.
According to the video, this footage of Ball playing recreational basketball is from 2002. Ball is wearing the No. 8 red pennie.
Not a great showing from Ball.
During the video, we see Ball stuffed on a shot down in the post, an alley-oop to himself that went horribly awry, plenty of lackadaisical defense and much more.
In his defense, Ball said he could beat Michael Jordan in a game of one-on-one during his "heyday," but this video clip shows us that Ball is well beyond those days.
Those days probably never existed.
