South Dakota Boys High School Basketball Championships

Brackets, venues, and starting times have been set—time to tip off the 2023 South  Dakota State High School Basketball Championships.

First-round pairings are set to begin Thursday, March 16.

Class AA will be played in Rapid City's Summit Arena at The Monument this year.  Number-1 seed Sioux Falls Jefferson will face number-9 Harrisburg. Fourth seed Yankton follows against Sioux Falls Washington. The evening session pits number-2 seed Sioux Falls Lincoln against number-seven seed Sioux Falls Roosevelt. Day one wraps with number-three seed Mitchell and number-six seed Pierre.

#2-St. Thomas More vs #7-Elk Point/Jefferson
#3-Sioux Falls Christian vs #6-Mt. Vernon/Plankinton

Class B - Aberdeen

#4-Faith vs #5-White River
#2-Aberdeen Christian vs #7-Ethan
#3-DeSmet vs #6-Viborg/Hurley
