State Class AA Boy’s and Girl’s High School Basketball Tournament Begins

One week after Class A and Class B boy's and girls's basketball winners were crowned its time for Class AA.

Beginning Thursday (March 15) in Sioux Falls the combined boy's and girl's Class AA State basketball tourney begins with games being played at both Sioux Falls Arena and Denny Sanford Premier Center.

Sioux Falls teams competing this year are Washington, Lincoln, and O'Gorman. Harrisburg, Brandon Valley and Rapid City teams will also play. ESPN 99.1 will have three day coverage of the tournament beginning at 1:00 PM today with Jerry Palleschi and Dan Peters. The schedule is below.
