We all have just become accustom to the great views we get on TV during LIVE athletic broadcasts and most of the time we don't think about the effort and technology that goes into those great shots.

Back in 2011 though, we got a reminder of how quickly technology can go from being our friend to being our foe.

During the Oklahoma and Iowa football game, the always cool "Skycam" took a dig and it almost took out some players in the process.

As you will see, the camera almost hits a couple of players then drags slowly to the ground.  The game was actually delayed a bit while they removed the camera and the wires assocaited with it.

That would be the only camera failure that night during the game.
