NEED A JOB? Two South Dakota Cities Are Featuring Hiring Events

Finding a job in South Dakota isn't that difficult. It may be challenging to find the right job, but when you look at the hundreds of possibilities I'm sure you will agree one will fit your needs.

Businesses across South Dakota continue to add to their workforce. Almost every industry in the state has openings. From labor positions to professional jobs.

There are two hiring events planned by the South Dakota Department of Labor & Regulation in May.

WORK IN YANKTON SOUTH DAKOTA

A “Walk-in Tour de Yankton” recruiting and hiring event will be held Tuesday, May 16 at the River Rock Event Center located at 2901 Broadway Ave.

WORK IN WATERTOWN SOUTH DAKOTA

On Wednesday, May 17 Watertown will host its sixth “Walk-in Watertown” recruiting and hiring event from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. CDT at 2001 9th Ave. SW, Suite 200.

These hiring events are designed to allow job seekers the opportunity to visit, apply, and possibly receive a confidential interview with one or more businesses in one location. Individuals should bring a resume and be prepared to interview for open positions in which they may be interested.
